AGAVE LABEL DESIGN

Project Fee: $1850

(50% deposit required to begin project, remaining balance due before final delivery)

    • This project covers one custom label design system, adapted across 4 product variants (Non-Alcoholic, Fruit Wine Blend, Well, and Premium)

    • 3-5 original design concepts for the master label

    • Two rounds of revisions to your chosen direction

    • Final press-ready files for all 4 label variants delivered to your printer

    • Full ownership of the final approved artwork

  • Your $1850 investment covers:

    • One master label design (where I explore 3-5 distinct visual directions)

    • Adaptation of your approved design across 4 product variants

  • Timeline At A Glance

    • Deposit + Text for each label variant due: December 24, 2025

    • Initial concepts delivered: December 28, 2025

    • You choose direction: December 30, 2025

    • Refinements delivered: January 3, 2026

    • Final approval: January 6, 2026

    • Final files delivered: January 8, 2026

    What happens in this phase

    • I review your current branding, bottle, and market position. (We did this today, thank you!)

    • I design 3-5 distinct custom label concepts, each shown on a bottle mockup so you can see shelf impact.

  • Timeline
    Refinements delivered within 3 business days after I receive your feedback (December 30th-January 3rd)

    What happens in this phase

    1. You send one round of consolidated feedback on the chosen concept.

    2. I refine layout, typography, color, and small details based on that feedback.

    3. You receive an updated label design and mockup for approval.

    Scope of revisions

    • Two rounds of revisions included to refine your chosen concept

    • After final approval, I'll adapt the master design to create your 3 additional label variants with appropriate text and detail adjustments

    Final press-ready files delivered by January 8, 2026

    What happens in this phase

    1. I prepare production files based on printer's specs and die line.

    2. I run preflight checks for bleed, type safety, color, and key technical details.

    3. I deliver press-ready files for all 4 label variants directly to you or your printer.

    4. You receive a PDF proof for your records.

    What you receive

    • Print-ready label files for all 4 label variants

    • Ownership of the final approved artwork

    • 50% non refundable deposit to reserve your project and start Phase 1.

    • 50% balance due before release of final production files.

    Work pauses if invoices are past due.
