Contact me and tell me about your project. I’ll ask you to fill out my client questionnaire and we’ll determine if your project qualifies for my standard web design package. If it doesn’t, I will provide you with a custom quote, and we can talk about timeline and availability .

I will send you a contract and invoice for 50% deposit to schedule your project and perform the service. The remainder is due upon project completion.

Now it’s time to start gathering and organizing content to upload to a shared Dropbox folder. You will provide any photos and brand files that you want included on your website. I am available by email anytime you have questions or need guidance.

Once your project start date arrive, I will begin keyword research for the first day or two and move into the site design phase. You will be able to follow my daily progress via a regularly updated work log. During this time you will just need to be available to me via email to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Once I finish your website, I’ll send over a link so you can see and review your site for the first time. This will come with a video design walkthrough so you can see how the design decisions were made.

Included are two rounds of revisions. Your first revision requests are due within 24 hours of the site reveal. If you have any further revision requests, those are due with 24 hours from the time I address your first round of revisions

Once all revisions are completed, we will setup your Squarespace subscription, link your domain and social accounts and begin the off-boarding process.

I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance and once that is paid, I’ll transfer site ownership to you and create a video tutorial showing you how to use your site.
