By submitting payment of $1250, client agrees to the following terms: Client will receive twenty (20) AI-generated brand photoshoot images delivered within 7 business days of completed questionnaire submission and payment receipt. This is a signature collection package with no revisions included. Images are created based on client's questionnaire responses and Montroy Design's professional creative judgment as a complete, cohesive brand storytelling set. All sales are final with no refunds once payment is received and work has commenced (cancellation allowed within 24 hours of payment only if work has not begun). Client is responsible for completing the questionnaire fully and accurately within 3 business days of booking to maintain delivery timeline. Client receives full commercial usage rights for all images for their business purposes including website, social media, and marketing materials, but may not resell or redistribute images as standalone products. Montroy Design retains portfolio rights with client credit. Client acknowledges images are AI-generated and accepts the inherent characteristics of AI technology. Montroy Design's liability shall not exceed $1250 paid. Incomplete questionnaires, vague responses, or failure to submit within 14 days results in project abandonment with no refund. Governed by California law.
