Submit as many requests as you need via email or text. I work on one project at a time in priority order. Once I deliver something for your review and you approve it, I move to the next request in your queue. This ensures each project gets proper focus and nothing gets rushed.

Requests are delivered within 48 hours. Larger projects like full websites are broken into phases, you review each phase, then I continue. You always know what's active and what's coming next.

Unlimited revisions on every project until you're 100% satisfied. The project stays active until you approve it, then I move to your next request.

Custom AI brand photography, website design, logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, menus, labels, presentations, ads, seasonal campaigns, and any other design work you need. If you can describe it, I can design it.

Video editing, motion graphics, animated GIFs, copywriting (you provide text, I design around it), brand strategy consulting, 3D modeling, complex packaging design, and extensive print design like magazines or books.

Everything else, photography, web design, graphics, marketing materials, is included.

Email or text me what you need. I'll add it to your queue and let you know when it becomes active. No complicated project management tools—just communicate normally.

You can pause your subscription anytime. Billing pauses and your unused time rolls over for when you need me again. Only pay for months you're actively using the service.

Email me anytime. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no hard feelings.

No refunds are issued for completed work. If the service isn't a good fit, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged for future months.

I cap my roster at 4-6 clients to ensure quality and reasonable turnaround times. If I'm at capacity, I'll add you to a waitlist or recommend alternatives.

Let me know it's urgent and I'll prioritize it in your queue. That said, the "one project at a time" system is actually what makes fast turnarounds possible, I'm fully focused on your project, not splitting attention across five things.

I break them into phases you can review as we go. For example, a website might be: Phase 1: (homepage + key pages), Phase 2: (remaining pages), Phase 3: (final polish + launch). You approve each phase, then I continue. The website stays my active project through all phases, I don't pause it to work on something else midway through.

I'll give you advance notice and pause your billing for that period, or work ahead to deliver projects before I leave.
